REFINANCE OR PURCHASE LOANS – Adjustable rate loans originated a few years back are now escalating or becoming amortized, causing borrowers uncertainty and panic. Stated income and credit challenged borrowers are no longer able to obtain institutional financing for refinancing or purchasing, unlike years past. Our liberal underwriting guidelines allow us to go up to 60% loan to value on homes up to $5,000,000 with terms as long as 15 years! Rates as low as 10.0%!
HOME EQUITY LOANS – For those instances when property owners have difficulty qualifying with institutional lenders for an equity line or their line has been frozen unexpectedly, but have a favorable first loan. Our guidelines allow us to go up as high as 60% CLTV, even if you are self-employed, or have rough credit history. Rates start at 12.5%!
